Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not the responsibility of Player Geek Shop.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. Player Geek Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
